Terms of Service

Service Description

Cosmic Slime provides mobile slime-making party entertainment delivered to your home in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Our service includes all slime supplies, setup, supervised entertainment for the duration of the party, and full cleanup afterward. We travel to your location — no venue or external space is required on your end.

Service is available throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles of Allentown, PA, including Bethlehem, Easton, Whitehall, Macungie, Emmaus, and Nazareth.

Payment Terms

Payment is structured based on how far in advance you book:

• More than 7 days before the party: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party.
• 7 days or fewer before the party: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

In all cases, the $75 deposit counts toward your total package price — it is not an additional fee. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change, especially with kids involved. Here is how we handle cancellations:

• Cancellations more than 3 days before the party: Handled case-by-case. We will work with you on a refund or credit toward a future date.
• Cancellations within 3 days of the party: The $75 deposit is non-refundable. If you paid in full, the deposit portion is forfeited and the remainder may be refunded.

Rescheduling is always an option and we will do our best to accommodate a new date. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change: cosmicslimehelp@gmail.com or (484) 240-1156.

Photo Permission

Cosmic Slime may take photos or short videos during your party for use on social media, our website, and other marketing materials. We love sharing the joy with other Lehigh Valley families!

If you prefer that no photos be taken or shared, please let us know in writing before the event (email or text is fine). We will fully honor your request.

Host Responsibilities & Liability

Cosmic Slime provides all supplies, equipment, and supervision for the slime-making activity. As the host, you are responsible for:

• Providing a suitable indoor or outdoor space (a kitchen table, folding tables in a garage, a basement, or a driveway all work well)
• Ensuring the space has access to running water nearby for handwashing
• Supervising children in areas of your home outside the party space

All Cosmic Slime recipes are borax-free and use non-toxic, child-safe ingredients. We take every precaution to run a safe and clean party.

Cosmic Slime is not liable for incidental property damage arising from normal party activities, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. We carry our own supplies and clean up our workspace completely before leaving.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
